19.09.2020 - Datasenter leverandør opplever sambands problemer

Utfordringer med trafikk til og fra datasenter (pakketap) gjør at kunder kan oppleve treghet og brudd mot vår serverpark i Oslo.

2020-09-19 16:41 – Outage is identified to be because of a network attack and manual mitigation is in progress
2020-09-19 17:00 – Incident is escalated to third line support
2020-09-19 17:25 – Services are restored

ACTION: A configuration change was made within IP-Only network to mitigate attack
ROOT CAUSE: Network attack

PREVENTIVE ACTION: None
OTHER INFORMATION: The target of the attack did not have an automatic protection from this type of attack which made it necessary to mitigate the attack manually
